How to Apply for an Emirates ID?
To get an Emirates id, you will have to fill in the application form at either an authorized typing center or the online form available at the website of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (FAIC).

After submitting your application form, you will receive a text message containing information on when and where to proceed with your application. You will have to visit the registration center mentioned in the text message at the given time to complete your application.
FAIC also provides express service for getting your emirates id within 24 hours. This service is known as ‘Fawri’. Fawri is available at an additional fee above the regular fees.
Fawri is available for:
- First-time registration
- Renewal of expired cards
- Lost or damaged cards.
